About the Event
The ELEVATE Program is the newly upgraded version of the Career and Life Formula (CALF) developed by the WiLAT Capacity Building Centre to mark its five-year milestone. Designed to reflect the evolving needs of the logistics and transport industry, ELEVATE stands for Empowering Leadership with Emerging Visions through Advancements, Transformation and Enthusiasm. This hybrid program features 7 core modules and 2 tailored streams—Future Talent and Executive & Strategy—delivered through 6 online sessions and a 5-day immersive onsite experience with industry visits. With speakers who are global industry leaders, ELEVATE aims to cultivate next-generation professionals and strategic leaders, expanding its impact beyond individuals to communities, industries, and regions.
