Potato Salad

Ingredients
1000g (2 lbs.) of potatoes
4 tablespoons chopped spring onions
¼ cup of salad dressing
4 tablespoons carnation milk
½ teaspoon salt
A pinch of white pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
Method
1. Wash potatoes (with skin) and put in water to boil for ½ hour. Add ½ teaspoon salt
2. When cooked, remove skin and cut potatoes into cubes
3. Chop spring onion and parsley into fine pieces
4. Mix salad dressing with carnation milk, salt and white pepper
5. Mix (4) with potatoes and add in spring onion and parsley
Optional: meat, chicken slices, prawns can be added to make different salad.
